Where are the botanical and fungal case studies?

Case studies are a proven, effective approach in science education for both small group and large lecture settings. However, a recent survey of one of the the largest collection of science case studies found that in over 300 published case studies, only 5 addressed botanical topics and only 1 addressed fungi. This talk gives an overview of case study teaching and the case study collection available through the National Center for Case Study Teaching in Science.
